Positive: It had everything we needed in a great location.

Positive: Location was close to town and port, Bed was comfortable Negative: Only 2 of each crockery piece. Noise from adjacent room, neighbors weren't loud but could clearly hear their conversations through the interconnecting room door.

It could have been more enjoyable if not for the lacking “resort” facilities. Positive: Central position Negative: There was no alternative acces other than steep stairs to the top level. I did make a request for a ground level room The neighbours could be heard easily through the adjoining walls and the floor had not been cleaned. Also the sliding door to the balcony had a broken lock. We left the room at 9.57 and the cleaners were already standing at the door with their equipment. We needed to wait for our transport back to Proserpine Airport for an hour and quarter and we had nowhere to sit or keep our luggage . The reception for the whole complex were very unhelpful because 10A is not under their care. We will not be choosing 10A again.

Fine for a short stay Positive: Fantastic views and very responsive and helpful staff, had what we needed Negative: Sheets were dirty, property quite dated, quite expensive for what it is

Positive: Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und Balkon war Super. Alles sehr sauber im Zimmer. Ein Danke an das Personal. Negative: Das Badezimmer benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Trotz großer Bemühungen des Zimmermädchens gestaltet sich die Reinigung als äußerst schwierig. Der Whirlpool war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand – das Wasser war verschmutzt, voller Haare und ölig. Am Abreisetag wurde der Papierfilter lediglich mit einem Schlauch ausgespült.
