Best place to be when you want to relax Positive: Quiet and relaxing no one near by it was great and the view wow Negative: Nothing

Positive: Loved the view and location was great as we had a car and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Comfy beds and a nice layout. Negative: If this was my beautiful property and I was charging those rates, I'd do the following. 1. Mark the keys so you know which ones go with which doors. 2. Put a security light near the gate. 3. Upgrade towels to include bath sheets and allow more than one per person for long stays. 4. Put sun loungers near the pool. 5. Redo the very tired kitchen. 6. Stock the pantry with basics. 7. Give guests staying for a week a basket with bread, butter, and some jams or local produce. 8. Update toiletries from minis to sustainable ones installed in the showers and refill. 9. Paint the pool.

Lovely house but needs attention and thorough clean Positive: Secluded location, only a short drive to centre of town. Beautiful house with timber floors, open plan living area, pool and view of Airlie marina Negative: Property needs maintenance and repairs, and a good clean. Outdoor furniture is stained and mouldy seating. Sofa is sagging and uncomfortable. Rug is very dirty. No adequate facilities for clothes drying.

Private, local and stunning views Positive: Fantastic views, perfect for long stays. Well equipped for home cooked meals or close to everything if you’d like to eat out. close to the ferry as well for day trips and tours. Privacy was fantastic and the pool was great. The sunset from the main bed was our favourite part. Negative: There is only one power socket next to the main bed, which made it difficult for us to charge our phones close to the bed, would be great to have them on the floating bedsides. No doors on the toilets.
