Terrible Positive: Breakfast--not applicable, not available. Location is ok, easy to get to the beach, shopping and dining is quite close. If you have to walk, may take 10-15 minutes depending on pace. Negative: First, locating the keys was like walking through a complicated maze. The instructions were difficult to follow. And to make matters worse, the host was unreachable, because the customer care contact number directed me to a voicemail that was full, so I could not leave a message. I was stranded for almost 2 hours before an unrelated business assistant saw my predicament and helped me. Of note, the lady who helped locate the key me made note of the numerous guests who face the same fate when checking in. My main suggestion is this: If you hope to avoid inconveniencing future customers, please list the instructions numerically, in order of how to find the keys, or have the nearby business staff partner with you. Had I known I was going to face check in issues, I would have spent my USD 257 that I paid (for 1 night) elsewhere. Secondly, the cleaning lady hounded us out as soon as the clock struck 10AM, repeatedly asking us to leave. We were about 15 minutes late checking out. Of note, we had lost 2 hours the day of check in, plus the anxiety associated with it--which were never accounted for, without apology. If you plan to go to Airlie Beach, please avoid staying in this place if you want a peace of mind. It's a money grab.

Too many over the top rules Negative: Hard to find keys. Wrong instructions ie box letter where keys were. Arrived in late afternoon. Very difficult to find the entrance! Way too many rules. Had to clean up so we weren't charged more. Felt intimidated by the tone of the rules.
